Molly Tarlov, an American actress who has been starring in Awkward since 2011, is best known as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was born and raised within Manhattan, New York, as one of the two daughters. Her career began when she was 10 years old when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with a group of seventh graders. As she grew older in years, she worked during the summer in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts located at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she earned her bachelor of Arts (theatre) and studied a range of different forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company is the place where she was a student. In the LAByrinth Theater, Master Class, Molly could integrate writing into her acting. Molly swapped her winter coat with black sunglasses, and headed towards Los Angeles. In a short time she landed a minor appearance on iCarly that attracted a lot interest from her family. Since then, she has been on TV in a variety of roles. In addition, she created the character of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly likes to make up stories she's a pro in basketball even though it's not true. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
